Aspects of the sociodemographic vulnerability of the province of Misiones (Argentina)

Abstract

From the geographical point of view, the purpose of this paper is to describe and interpret the population distribution behaviour, and its influence on the vulnerability and the poverty in home life and upon the inhabitants of an Argentine frontier province. The Unsatisfied Basic Needs, overcrowded housing, habitat and dwelling problems, public services and some of their effects on education and health care are taken into account.
