The natural and social distribution of water as a necessary condition for the evolution of Argentinian agrarian structures

Abstract

This study reveals aspects of socioagrarian diferentiation in Argentina in relationship to water management. It also shows that the geographical knowledge of environmental variables in the combination with the analysis of a given social organization allows us to develop this theme and to explore some of the consequences suffered in agrarian structures.
